Hi,

I'm wanting to use the hotspot function to ask other Lotus Notes users to book in to appointment times that I have available.

I have figured out how to do this so that I receive a reply telling me what appointment time they would like, however with this method I then have to amend the booking sheet myself and I could have everyone try to attend the same appointment time.

I was wondering if it was possible to imbed an excel file that is updated, adding their name to the appropriate cell when they click on the hotspot button, and could let them know when an appointment time is full up?

The obvious answer would be to use a shared drive and ask people to open that up instead of using hotspots, however that option is not available.
